Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we grow and source. If you're not satisfied with a shelf-stable product (mushrooms, powders, capsules), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Living microgreens

Because they're perishable, living microgreens are non-returnable. If your delivery arrives damaged or spoiled, email us within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund it.

How to return

1. Email hello@mushroomsandmicrogreens.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US) or return instructions (international).
3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
